VDI Supply is the consolidated home of a family business that's been quietly running the back office of DMV construction for two decades — concrete, rebar, fence, decorative concrete, and color, all out of one yard in Charlotte Hall.
One family. One yard. Five product lines.
We started as a single construction-supply yard in Charlotte Hall in 2005. We grew the way real businesses grow — slowly, by saying yes to what our customers actually needed, and by hiring people who were going to stay.
Twenty years later, we run five product lines under one roof: construction supply, concrete supply (rebar, mesh, accessories), fence & barricade rentals, decorative concrete (Increte of Virginia), and online colors for concrete. For most of that time we operated each line under its own brand — VDI Construction Supply, VDI Concrete Supply, VDI Fence & Barricade Rentals, Increte of Virginia, and Online Colors for Concrete. They were never separate companies. They were always the same people, the same yard, the same trucks.
In 2026 we did the obvious thing and pulled them all under one banner: VDI Supply. One yard. One phone number. One call.
